However, Tops online reserves the right to limit the quantity of the following product groups per order; drinking water, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, cooking and household. In case you wish to place an order for the aforementioned products in an exceeding quantity of the minimum but not over the maximum per order, a delivery surcharge will occur depending on the type of delivery. Q How will I know that the payment is successful or not?

Q If I pay by credit card online, and I don’t like some of the items I receive, how do I refund/return some items?
A When you make payment by credit card online, Tops online system merely pre-authorize or book the amount in your credit. If you receive your order and find products you wish to reject receiving, please return the products to the delivery man. Your transaction will be re-calculated and settled with the adjusted amount at the end of the day.

Q Where is my account detail?
A Your Tops online member account can be view at ‘My Account’ menu at the right pane. However, please note that in Tops online you can view information but cannot make any changes to The 1 member detail.

The menu shows your full name, The 1 number, contact number registered with The 1 and email address given at registration.
Q Can I edit my personal detail
A You can make changes to all of your delivery address and contact information.
Q If I would like to check the status on my order/ previous order made
A You can retrieve the information with your Tops Online account in the menu tab “My order status and history”.

Q Is it possible to re-order from my previous order or do I have created a new order again?
A You may choose to reorder by choosing from the previous order number that you have picked. Click “reorder”, all the items will be transferred into the basket.
