A For home delivery, the standard delivery is free of charge for any order at 888 Baht or more per receipt. For orders valued less than 888 Baht, the standard delivery fee is 60 Baht per order.

However, Tops online reserves the right to limit the quantity of the following product groups per order; drinking water, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, cooking and household. In case you wish to place an order for the aforementioned products in an exceeding quantity of the minimum but not over the maximum per order, a delivery surcharge will occur depending on the type of delivery. Please see the table below.

A You do not need to be home to receive your delivery, however you can:

Q What are the security measures in online payment?

It is is fully compliant with PCI DSS 3.2 and certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, which is the key security standard within the payments industry. All credit card data are encrypted and directly sent to the bank hence do data will be stored in Tops online server

Q How will I know that the payment is successful or not?

A If the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from Tops online as well as an email from our Payment Gateway. You may as well receive an SMS/Email from your bank issuer should you have registered with your bank to receive the confirmation. In any case, if you receive the payment confirmation from banks and not from our website, please contact ushereor call at 1467

 

Q If I pay by credit card online, and I don’t like some of the items I receive, how do I refund/return some items?

A When you make payment by credit card online, Tops online system merely pre-authorize or book the amount in your credit. If you receive your order and find products you wish to reject receiving, please return the products to the delivery man. Your transaction will be re-calculated and settled with the adjusted amount at the end of the day.

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. Credit / Debit card Online & (Credit /Debit in Dolfin)

  • Customers can pay by a Visa, Master Card, Amex and JCB credit card on our website through the payment gateway of the credit/debit card provider.
  • While processing, customers will be asked for One-Time-Password (OTP) for the first use only, which will be sent to the mobile phone number registered to the credit/debit card provider.
  • All the information is private and secured. No credit card information is stored on the website’s server.
  • If the payment is declined due to reasons such as the credit card has not been activated or the amount is above the credit limit, please contact the customer service of the credit card provider.


1.1 Pay thru online payment gateway

  • Pay with Credit card online meaning that the amount is being reserved on your credit card (On hold only) and not yet deducted/charged from your card.
  • Once the payment is completed, the order confirmation will be emailed to customers.
    In case, the weak internet connection during ordering process may result in an incomplete order and you will not receive any emails from us, please make a new order. For enquiries regarding the payment, please contact our Call Center for your order status by call 1467 (09:00 - 21:00)
  • Payment amount shown on tax invoice/receipt on delivery date will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.
  • On delivery date, the final settlement amount shown on tax invoice/receipt will be charged/deducted from your credit card.

Remarks : Pay with Debit card or Credit/Debit card in Dolfin online meaning that purchase amount will be instantly deducted from your card account.

 

1.2 In the event of refund will be in accordance with the following cases

  • Cancel purchase order: the reserved amount on your credit card will not be charged, the system will release reserved amount to your credit card depending on credit card issuer’s policy
  • In the case products are out of stock or actual deliver items are less than reserved amount on delivery date
    - The system will release differential reserved amount to you as follow;
    If customers pay by a credit card issued by a commercial bank in Thailand, the release reserved amount/differential reserved amount will be initiated to the credit card within 30-45 business days after delivery date. However, this may vary by the credit card billing date of customers.

    If customers pay by a debit card issued by a commercial bank in Thailand, the refund amount/differential refund amount will be initiated to the credit card within 45-60 business days after delivery date. However, this may vary by the debit card billing date of customers.
  • Refund is subject to some delays in case of inevitable circumstances.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Remarks: Cards not recommended for Online Payment Gateway including debit card from all banks, JCB, American Express (Amex), and other credit card issued by foreign banks.

2. Cash on Delivery

  • Payment amount shown on tax invoice/receipt on delivery date will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.
  • Please prepare cash amount equal to payment amount.
  • In the case products are out of stock, Payment amount shown on tax invoice/receipt on delivery date will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.

3. Credit/Debit on Delivery

  • Payment amount shown on tax invoice/receipt on delivery date will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.
  • Delivery staff will bring a credit card swipe machine for customer to make a payment upon delivery.
  • In the case products are out of stock, Payment amount shown on tax invoice/receipt on delivery date will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.
  • In the event of return some items *Payment amount will match the actual quantity & price of goods you received.
  • In the event of order rejected *No payment will be required.

    4. Pay thru Dolfin wallet

  • Once the payment complete, purchase amount will be instantly deducted from your Dolfin wallet account.
  • In the case products are out of stock or actual deliver items are less than purchase amount on delivery date, the system will refund differential amount to your Dolfin wallet within 2 business days after the delivery date.
  • In the event of return some items * The system will refund differential amount to your Dolfin wallet within 2 business days after the delivery date.
  • In the event of order rejected * The system will refund differential amount to your Dolfin wallet within 2 business days after the delivery date.

Return and Exchange policy :

  • Return products undamaged, in the original condition and with the tax invoice / receipt.
  • Please contact customer service 1467   within 7 days after delivery date for any exchange or refund case. We will arrange a pickup slot time from your place.
    *Note: we will contact you back for your suitable time to pickup items back from you within 1 business day.
  • Product return or exchange process*We will consider your request whether it meets our terms and conditions within 1-7 business days depending on the products

        * If it meets our terms and conditions for return or exchange, our staff will contact you

* If it does not meet our terms and conditions for return or exchange, our staff will contact you and keep the items for 7 days

  • For return or exchange that received free gifts, discount coupons or extra equipment that was delivered with the products, customer must return all together with the return/ exchange item
  • The following products cannot be return or exchanged, products that have been unpacked/opened for consumption (not in original condition) such as fresh food, fruit & vegetable, frozen food, ready to eat meal, ice cream or beverage can/bottle

Refund conditions :
